PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return products you bought remotely, within 15 days from the date of invoicing.
If you can not return the products you have purchased with a delivery service yourself, the partner shipping company can return them for you, at an additional cost. The charge for transporting your products depends on the postal code of your area and the volume of the goods.
Reasons why the 15-day return is not valid:
- Products made on order. .
- Products that are not in new and unused condition.
- Electrical components with traces of contact mounting or wiring.
- Products that the parts that made up the packaging have been damaged.
- Purchases made in the store, unless the product proves to be defective.
RETURN OF VALUE RETURNED PRODUCTS
If you meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return, in the same way you made the original transaction.
If you want a different way of returning, you must inform us in writing. The return of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place if we accept the return to our store.
In case of damage to the parcel, you should contact the transport company for any compensation. We are not responsible for any damage.
